Heroes 4 equilibris v3.51

I have Heroes of might & magic 4 , the Gathering storm,the winds of war and equilibris v3.51 installed.I was looking at the change log on equilibris v3.51 and the Griffin Helm (Relic) - gives hero unlimited retaliations in battle,is a new artifact listed but when i go 2 the map editor the artifact is not listed. Is there a equilibris patch i need,if so which 1.

The heroes of might and magic 3 + 4 complete were put out by ubisoft which contains all the add-ons and patches.Heroes 4 equilibris v3.51 was made by the fans of the game.I'M sure u can find heroes of might and magic 3 + 4 complete on steam but not equilibris. here is where i got it from http://equilibris.celestialheavens.com/eng/news.html
