Riddle of the Sphinx

I bought this game from Big Fish on Win 7 and it's giving me a script error. It starts to open then gives me the error. I wrote to them but appparently they're too backed up to help me. Is there anything I can do?

Also, this a full fledged adventure game so I will move you to Glitches.

I don't know what Big Fish may have changed in ROTS but the original game had bugs, both with the operating system, QuickTime, and game play. There are ROTS updates but they may not be applicable to the Big Fish copy.

Not knowing what system you are trying to run the game with, it is hard to make suggestions. You could try setting QuickTime to Safe Mode for audio and video, assuming the Big Fish copy requires QuickTime.

I don't know if this is the system you're talking about but it's windows 7. I'm no computer expert so I just need help so my husband can assist me. He's the computer expert
