Steam help

I am trying to access my account with Steam; have tried everything. They've sent me about 6 sets 0f nos., and when I enter them, they are not accepted. Does anyone know another way to contact them? Thank you.

I don't think there's another way per se, but I did find this on YouTube and perhaps that's worth a shot?

Hopefully someone else will have a suggestion for you. I know others who have been frustrated with their attempts at contacting Steam Support.

Unfortunately, you have no choice but to continue to work with Steam "support," such as it is.

What I would highly recommend is getting an account at GOG... their support is slow, but I just don't hear about the issues with people not being able to access their accounts like Steam.

Are you typing the password or copying and pasting. Sometimes the copy and paste doesn’t work.

Why don't you create a second account and see if that
helps, so you might find out where the problem lyes?

Also It might be the firewall (new computer),
the right ports that have to be opened on your
Firewall.
using a different webbrowser to access steam)
or the steamguard that's blocking access.
