I got inside the orphanage, went up the stairs, played the find items and it crash and screen goes beserk!!!And the cursor freezes, starting over, or waiting.

It is hard to know what the problem could be. I saw a few people having crash problems when I looked at the Big Fish forum for the game.

i am taking a break from it and i already email big fish, i had to do ctrl, alt,del alll at once, 2 times and restart.

I don't remember if I had any problems with this game.
Often these casual games crash when they're trying to save.
Sometimes they succeed in saving and you can proceed where you left off after restarting the game. Sometimes they fail to save and you have to start over.

If they fail to save, be sure to run the game as Administrator (right-click the shortcut or game executable, choose "Run As Administrator). You may have to go into the game folder and create a shortcut directly to the game executable instead of using the Big Fish shortcut (which links to the Big Fish game client and not directly to the game executable).

jenny didn't work, now i get Access Violation, when i get near the Orphanage clock,so this is what he said to do, Press the Home (Windows symbol) and x buttons on your keyboard, or hover over the bottom left corner of the screen and right-click.
In the menu that appears, select File Explorer.
At the top of the window, select the View tab.
Check the box for Hidden Items.
In the same window, navigate to the following location:

C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Roaming\GrandMA Studios\Whispered Secrets - The Story of Tideville

USERNAME is whatever you used to install the game on the system or the profile name under which you are currently signed in on your computer.

In that folder you should see file(s) related to any profiles(s) you may have created earlier. Delete or move those to the trash can.
Try playing the game again, so i am, but i said, i will use my nickname, i will start over, but if it does it again tommy is staying with the Scientist , this is a bugging game, wish me luck.

So you had a corrupt profile and you had to manually delete it from outside of the game?
I'm surprised you couldn't just delete the profile from inside the game and use another name for the profile.

So after deleting your profile, is it still having the Access Violation when you go near the clock?
If it is, and you've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, then it sounds like it just won't work on your computer.

i uninstall it after the clock problem, now trying big fish tech support person suggestion.
