Yes,that's the only game giving a problem.I don't want any trouble buying new games because of this fix so I uninstalled it and removed -nosettingslimitlow.I feel safer now,thank you all.
The -nosettingslimitlow fix described at Marian's link would only affect Crimes & Punishments, not your other games or anything else on your computer. It looks like all it does is skip a "system check" the game uses before it's "allowed" to run.
So there's no reason to feel "safer" by removing the game or the -nosettingslimitlow tweak.
The Intel website lists Crimes & Punishments as playable on the HD 4600, but requiring reduced game settings

Not all games will run with Intel graphics, though some games will run on low settings even if the Minimum requirements don't list Intel graphics as compatible.
