Jerry McPartlin Rebel with a Cause - 05/31/20 05:11 PM

Hi Guys

I am replaying this game on my laptop as opposed to my PC, my problem is that the mouse is very erratic and its very hard to control, my laptop is an Asus Windows 10 64 bit, with an Intel Pentium(R) CPU N3540 with 8G Ram

The game is downloaded from Steam

I have tried unchecking the enhanced option in the mouse properties but that did not make any difference

any help gratefully recieved

Cheers

I looked up Asus N3540 with an Internet search and the info I found only listed Intel graphics.

According to the system requirements for Jerry McPartlin that I found here
https://gamespecial.com/10638/jerry-mcpartlin-rebel-with-a-cause/

the game needs a minimum of GeForce GTX 275 or AMD Radeon HD 4770
I don't see Intel graphics listed there.

The info on the Internet Archive Steam page for Jerry McPartlin says the same thing.
No Intel graphics listed.

That usually means your graphics card is not powerful enough for the game.
If you have Intel graphics, it can also mean the game developer couldn't be bothered to support Intel graphics.

If you have a desktop computer with a real Nvidia or AMD graphics card, try playing the game on that.

The best advice I have for gaming on a laptop is to buy one with Nvidia or AMD graphics if you expect to use it for any games other than casuals. There are even some casuals that require Nvidia or AMD graphics.
