Julia among the Stars

I just some info on this message that is the opening of this game .
" Launch full HD version requires 1920 x 1080 or Launch HD Ready version requires 1280 x 720
Not sure which to choose .

It would depend on what your computer's native resolution is.
If it's less than 1920x1080, you'd choose 1280x720.
If it's 1920x1080 or higher, you'd choose 1920x1080.

The 1280x720 version should work on any computer, but the graphics won't be as sharp and it's possible that on some laptops you don't get full screen.
