I don't know what any of that means since I don't have the game, but I'm glad you emailed Big Fish. Did you try restarting the game?

You have had more than your share of problems with things of this nature. I played this game and had no issues whatsoever including such as you describe. The game ran flawlessly. It just seems that things like this are happening to you more often than they should be.

i have window 8, i do not know if this game plays on window 8, when this computer dies, i will be upgrading to window 10, just because big fish say they play on that window, it might not.

I played the game on Windows 7.

Windows 11 is coming out in the fall, so if you do upgrade you might just want to go with that operating system instead.

I've had to do that more than once with a Big Fish game too, family. Usually, I could progress quickly the 2nd time and then all is well. I hope this time works for you!

I guess I have been pretty lucky with my lack of technical problems with Big Fish. They have really been few and far between.
