big fish complaint

i dont know where to put this but i am steamed. so t his is info for anyone having the same problem i ha ve. i have, i thought. an account with big fish, not used much but used. i go to sign in to purchase a couple of g ames, and two hrs later i give up. problems you betcha. first told i have an account, fill in purchasees go to checkout, games purchased at regular price, so im not a newbie, not allowed, signed in again wont accept, but told i have an account. my husbands name has been added, without my permision, he doesnt know anything about games. still cant get in. so i wont go on,but as far as im concerned big fish is the s-----s wont ever go there again. im finished.

Before you blame Big Fish, have you filed a complaint with their customer service? They are quite good about responding and fixing whatever the problem is. This sounds more like your account has been compromised somehow. I am like you - I seldom use my account, but it's there. I just bought a new game a couple of days ago with no issues. I did have to go in and add a new credit card as mine is changed, but that's it.

It would help if you gave the specific error messages as close as you can get. Does it say, "Not allowed?"

Yes, I would follow Drac's advice and write to Customer Support. We here at GameBoomers have had nothing but positive experiences with their Customer Support Department over the past several months. I am not sure what is going on in your situation, but I would definitely write to them to find out. I have never heard anything happening regarding an account on the Big Fish website like you have described.
