I had been wondering why we had not seen Ed (manxman) on the threads for a few weeks and had sent him a pm to check that all was well.

Apparently he suffered a stroke on 19th July and is only just home after 5 weeks in rehab: he is working hard to recover his faculties and hopes to be back amongst us in the Garden soon.

He asked me to let you all know.

So sorry to hear this news, but thank you so much for letting us know. I had noticed that he had not been posting but was hoping that he was taking a vacation.

Positive thoughts and prayers going out to Ed for an excellent recovery.
