Louie didn't know what type of creature this was or which part of it he needed to sniff to observe etiquette: he therefore decided to wait for it to pee on the tree or the car in the hope that this would give him a clue as to how he should approach it...

Poor thing! He's wearing the Cone of Shame the wrong way round! It looks like a silly hat, and it certainly won't keep him from biting his stitches. His owner must be very dumb!
