well i spent the last 2 weeks spinning the wheel on the 10 tiles but no luck . i have just one more to get all fore to get the door open , just about to give up on this game ! don't know what else to do .

I know you have gotten through this part before - see if watching it on YouTube helps you out.

If not, there is a website we use here that has a lot of saved games you could use.

Just go to the internet and do a search for youtube video of the game. I'll see if I can find a link for you.

You will need to search through the parts of his walkthrough to find the part that contains where you are in the game. There are 13 parts in all.

yikes - nothing worked . its been a long time but i think i need is a saved game at the point where nico goes out to the secret door. can that be done ? thanks for your patence . please send help soon.

Did you try watching the video walkthrough?

If so, and that did not help, there are saved games for Broken Sword: Smoking Mirror here.

Scroll down and you will find two different sets of saved games. Click where it says "more details" and it will give you descriptions of all of the different saved games for Smoking Mirror so that you will know which one you need to download.

If you need help with downloading and/or using the saved game, please ask those questions in Glitches.

just a new thought - how do i start at the start of the pyramid area for the first time ?

You would need to look through your saved games (hopefully you have several) and restore the game to an earlier save point that is before or at the start of the pyramid area.

thanks -i have a saved game at pyramid base now if i go back to that point and go on from there to the part where we pull both levers ,will that be like starting new ? please let me know if that is right ok.

Unless you have missed a step up to that point that is necessary for completing the game, that certainly sounds okay to me.
