Fellow Boomers,
Does anybody know the location of the save-game folder for the original Grim Fandango game? I have WIN XP as my OS.
Sandy

On my Windows 8.1 computer I found my original Grim Fandango game saves in C:\Program Files(x86)\Lucas Arts\Grim.

Drac, those must be the ".gsv" files. They ARE in my game directory as well as yours. Thanks very much.

I was also assuming the .gsv referred to a game save.

Hello again, Drac,
I just finished GF.It's one of my favorites of all times. To get it working on my WIN XP computer, I had to literally "jump through hoops". If it weren't for the various game forums on this subject I visited, I wouldn't have been able to EVEN install it, let alone play the game. For instance, when I played it when I had an ATI card in my PC (years ago) it ran just fine. I eventually upgraded to a NVIDIA card and I was able to play games that didn't work on the ATI card. GF "didn't like" my NVIDIA card, apparently. HAPPY GAMING.
