Yeah. Apparently the chapter is not complete. You get a quest to check a planetary monitor but the monitor won't update until next week.
The emperor now has a name: Vitiate
verb (used with object), vitiated, vitiating. 1. to impair the quality of; make faulty; spoil. 2. to impair or weaken the effectiveness of. 3. to debase; corrupt; pervert. 4. to make legally defective or invalid; invalidate: to vitiate a claim.

Shorter and easier than Shadow of Revan.
They also added Outfit Designer which is supposed to let you wear new, better armor but keep the old armor's appearance. Supposed to save credits over extracting the armor modifiers. That assumes though that all the modifiers on the new armor are better. If not you still have some extracting to do. And since keeping the old look isn't free I mostly end up just extracting the better mods from the new armor anyway.

May the 4th be with you!
Update includes the free mini droid and more to emperor story line. One weekly quest which is to do several daily quests and another weekly quest which is do two operations. They dont call them operations but you need op groups to kill the two bosses. Then apparently Ziost is lost. Emperor: 1 Rest of Galaxy: 0. Well, this is RISE of the Emperor after all, not Fall of the Emperor.
Also for characters level 1-55 there is a new boost system but I haven't tried it yet.

I still haven't beaten the second boss. Fortunantly the dailies and weeklies are optional anyway. The main story is apparently done for awhile. Which is normal. Eventually we'll get to the Fall of the Emperor.

Another change I hadn't know about before, there are no more Planetary vendors on the fleet. Which makes sense since planet commendations went away. Now vendors on the fleet are named by the lowest level armor they sell. So level 21 vendor sells level 21 armor and level 23 armor. When I first started every planet had its own commendations which you got from quests and/or dropped by random foes. These commendations were only tradeable to the appropriate vendor, ie you got Balmoran commendations on Balmora and Nar Shaddaa commendations on Nar Shaddaa, which was on the planet and on the fleet. The problem was if you leveled passed a planet's level the commendations didn't do you any good. So all the different planet commendations were changed so that all planets had Plantery commendations you could trade to any commendations vendor on any planet or the fleet. But then planetary commendations and classic commendations were all replaced with basic commendations. Not only have the vendor names changed but prices have changed too. Used to be that armoring and barrels and hilts cost more than mods and enhancements, now they cost the same. At lower levels 2 basic commendations each.
On planets, you no longer have to click on Quick Travel points or Taxis to unlock them. As soon as you enter an area that has either they unlock.
