Please can you help have gone to game site but all I see is other folk with problems with this game, but not mine. I tried the help pages but no joy there. I hear this is an excelent game. If you got the game from Big Fish, contact them.
If you bought a CD version, you're probably out of luck.

I did indeed buy from Big Fish but they do not seem to make it easy to get in touch, all automatied pre set questions and answers. Am I missing something here?

After you read the pre-set questions and answers, if your question does not correspond to any of those, there is an option to then submit your question to Customer Support. I think that's what you probably missed.

Start here, fill out the information required, and then submit your question. Let them know about your error message with Aaron Crane - if they can't help you out, they will give you a code for another game.

Thank you for your tiime and trouble but I had a brainwave and once again used my laptop which is windows 7 and it worked a charm! I have now finished the game and enjoyed it. Even though one of my kittens kept sitting on the keyboard ha ha! Thanks once again for your help I didn't need to go back to Big Fish but if it happens again I will know what to do.

You're welcome. Glad you were able to play the game despite the "help" from your cat. blackkitty grin
