I did indeed buy from Big Fish but they do not seem to make it easy to get in touch, all automatied pre set questions and answers. Am I missing something
here?
After you read the pre-set questions and answers, if your question does not correspond to any of those, there is an option to then submit your question to Customer Support. I think that's what you probably missed.

here, fill out the information required, and then submit your question. Let them know about your error message with Aaron Crane - if they can't help you out, they will give you a code for another game.
