Hi, usually when I log in and try to do anything on the site it logs me off!Someone mentioned cookies-can someone tell me step by step how to do this?I am running win 8.1.

It might be that your browser should be adjusted to allow cookies for GameBoomers.
Also check if your antivirus might also have deleted your cookies.

I am not familiar with win8.

Maybe the experts can help you better.

The methods for allowing cookies etc. are the same for the browser you are using no matter the Windows version. If you are using Internet Explorer...

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . ...
Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options.
Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

If you are using Firefox...

If you are using another browser, just Google it.

He has a problem with automatically being logged off as soon as he logs on, and this apparently happens most of the time. He said it's been an ongoing problem for months. I'm not sure if it is intermittent.

He is using IE 11.

I suggested he clear his cookies and Internet cache and suggested this link for instructions on how to delete Internet cache (aka Temporary Internet files) and cookies.

Since he was able to post this message, I don't know that the problem is with "blocking" cookies, which is not something IE 11 does by default. I was thinking he had defective cookies or Internet cache that was causing a too-fast timeout.
