Hello: I have windows and have had no problem at all except when Leon tries to jump out of the mine cart before it derails.. I emailed Steam & Capcom apparently it is a known problem. They suggested to turn the FPS from 60 to 30. No Luck. When the game gives me the sign He Jumps but hangs on with only one hand.

I position the mouse "up" and mash the letter "x". I know the game is old, but I wonder if anyone would have a "saved" game the could e-mail me. Its ashamed that the company didn't put a patch out.

Maybe someone in Steam forums could give you a save.
Otherwise the only other suggestion I found besides setting FPS to 30 was to use a controller and Joy-to-Key and program it to auto-repeat 20 times per second ***link***.
