Tonight I am very VERY late, but at least I finished my game.


Tomorrow I start a new game.......a new old game that is.


I'm replaying a lot of my old adventure games.


I really am about to pass out though.

Good morning Joe, Gerry, Gail, Connie and all! I fell asleep at 4 am and woke at 5:45. The rest of the night I stared at the ceiling. I hate nights like that. It's going to be a looooooong day.

Just got back from taking the dogs to the park, and then sat on the porch and trimmed their toe nails. Always a happy ordeal.

It's already warming up quickly. Nothing like Andrea is experiencing in Arizona, but we are going to be sunny and in the low 90s for at least the next 10 days, and no hope of rain. I'm afraid to look any farther ahead than that.

Ana you could send your rain this way, no problem.

Sorry you didn't sleep as long as you wanted to. I started waking up very early, but I was able to go back to sleep.

I've gotta go do something..........I'm not sure what.

Thumping Good Thursday Ya'll

Been up and in the kitchen doing "stuff." Finally made it to the computer where I plan to park til I get the books cooked. I've been trying to do it for days but life has not allowed. I will take steam-my-head breaks as I woke up a bit yukky this morning.

Have been waiting on a call from the vet all morning. Finally called them only to be told they called and I didn't answer. So NOT! I'v had the phone hooked to my shirt since I got up way too early. It has rung, but not from them, and yes, I have call waiting. They didn't give me any satisfactory info and wouldn't tell me when the vet would be available...told me to keep calling back. So I called my vet and he said he'd call up there, as they will talk to fellow vets faster than they will to me. Not a happy camper right now! This is why, even though they have cutting edge technology, I hate taking my babies there.

Joe, sounds like you are enjoying a stroll down memory lane Hope "what" turns out to be fun.

Gerry, coffee please. If you could just leave the pot....?

L4L, I hope you hear from the vet asap. I'm guessing no news is good news though.

Hi SpaceQ! It's raining, raining, raining here...I hope it passes you by.

Ana, my vet called them for me. Keoki is still having episodes of arrhythmia. Not a big surprise. They warned us it is common after this particular surgery, though they don't understand why. He is eating and resting. He needs to be arrhythmia free for 24 hours before they will let him out of ICU....which is fine with me. I just wanted to know what was up. His RBC is up again, so that is great! Turns out they were calling Soot's cell phone, which he can't have at work. I knew they weren't calling me. As soon as she said, "We left 2 messages, I laughed and said, 'No you didn't, I don't have voice mail or an answering machine.'" I know they had this number because they called me on it yesterday. But if they didn't have it this morning, they most certainly have it now

So, I've been book cooking....still thick in it, but at least this time I actually got to it!

Do you all need the rain? I heard the dreaded "D" word yesterday.
