Billy Bob posted this - see if it works for you: Went back and bought a hotdog with nothing on it. Go into the hotel and see ketchup on the far end of the counter. Get the ketchup and I believe at this point I went to the man sitting reading the paper. Go to the rear of the hotel, combine the ketchup and hotdog in inventory.
------------- I also sent you a saved game.

Didn't you use a saved game earlier in the problem with the secret room?
In XP, it is in program files, NiBiRu folder.
The ketchup, if I remember correctly is on the right edge of the counter. It might be difficult to see, click on items there and you might hit it.

In both download and online, you should have 2 files per saved game. One is save.# and the other is savepic.#
The #'s in your file when those 2 files you downloaded and placed together with the other saved game files hould be in consecutive order and no duplicates.
--------- You might be not in a correct position to access/see the ketchup on the bar. Move around and see if you can get to it.

There's a saved game here for the colored balls puzzle - it is save #32 on the page, I believe.

Think of the four radial arms as you would positions on a clock pointing to 12, 3, 6, and 9. From the walkthrough: In the close up you’ll see the balls arranged in four radial arms at clock
positions: 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. If you look at the little arrows at each
clock position, you’ll see which colors are to finally go on the arms: 12
o’clock = red; 3 o’clock =green; 6 o’clock =white; and 9 o’clock = yellow.

I am thinking that maybe this video on YouTube will help you - the poster of this video says that he explains the puzzle and then shows how to solve it. Check it out and see if it helps. I think it's great that you want to try to do the puzzle yourself.

As stated by drdel: Ring: The rings are mentioned as 1R (innermost), 2R (next ring from innermost, 3R (middlemost ring), 4R (second from outermost) and OR (outer ring). Note that OR has the extra space to park a ball. The step by step stated the positions like a clock - 12 o'clock, 3, o'clock, 6 o clock and 9 o'clock. When you are told to L click and R click the mouse - it will move the rings clockwise or counterclockwise. You can do the clicks anywhere on the STATED ring and the SPECIFIED number of times and CORRECT left or right click. This will turn it correctly. Then you will do the procedure for the balls in the stated clock position. For example: R mouse click 1R. At 3 o’clock position move all the balls towards the center Right click anywhere on the innermost ring/center. It should turn once. Then click on the balls that are at 3 o'clock position so that they move to the center. Since there should be an empty space at center now, you can move the balls that are innermost to outermost. Do this step by step slowly and follow each step (maybe cross it off so that you won't skip a step).

click on 1R ----- The step that says left or right click at a specified row has a period at the end. That means that step is done when the action is completed to turn the ring. to go to position ----------The next sentence is then the action for the balls at a specified position (like the clock position).
So in your post: 1R to go to 12 position Click row 1 once. Then go to the balls at 12 o'clock position and do what is stated in the step by step.

I can't remember that but if it is possible to save when you already started the puzzle - that might hold the glyphs to that original arrangement.
--------- It might be possible since I checked my saves and see that I have a start of puzzle and end of puzzle.
