I moved you over to the Darkside because apparently this game is an RPG. You can read some player reviews here on Steam.

Hi ya Family, LotR is an online game where you play with other folks. It's an RPG, which is a Role Playing game. I haven't played it, but know folks who have, and they liked it. Whether it's "good" or not depends on what you are looking for in a game. Do you like fighting games?

Here's a link where you can download the Lord of the Rings QuickStart Guide LotR QuickStart Guide Being that it's an MMORPG or Massively, Multiplayer, Online, Role Playing Game you'll want to read up on how the game runs before jumping into it. The QuickStart guide will take you through Character Creation and the basics. In most MMORPG's you can start off playing on your own and begin to slowly level your character as you learn the game. Once you get into higher levels though, most will require that you eventually join a faction or party in order to run quests that require more than one person. They can be a lot of fun if you find a good group, but it does take patience to learn the game mechanics and to build-up a proper character.
I feel a lot more like I do now, then when I first got here
