The five clue words are derived from an answer word that’s made up of at least eight letters, none of which is repeated. The letters of each clue word appear in the answer word in left-to-right order, though, not necessarily consecutively. For example: the letters in Colt can be found in Complexity, as can the letters in Comply, Exit, Met and Pity. Every letter of the answer appears at least once in the clue words, and one clue word in each set appears in the answer intact (Exit in the example).

As has become traditional, win bonus points and the envy of your friends by using all five clues and the answer in a suitable sentence.

-1. Rom, ping, cat, hoe, cola
-2. tar, car, ion, lay, let
-3. pin, den, cry, Rio, Eton
-4. Sal, rain, ram, scab, sag
-5. lad, had, boa, war, low
-6. nab, evil, nay, via, nil

To waste one second of one's life is a betrayal of one's self.
I wonder what's on television...?

Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.

I thought I'd give CHROMEPLATING a go,
I tried with a COLA glass and then on a HOE,
and next was a CD ROM such a glorious thing,
and last a chrome CAT when thumped made a PING!

Did you ever stop to think and then forget to start again?

lol

The moon is actually more useful than the sun since the moon gives us light at night when it's dark. The sun only gives us light during the day when it's already bright out.
