Joe, enjoy the day!

Ana, happy day wishes to you.

Good morning Ana, Gerry, Connie, Gail, and all boomers. wave2

Ana temperature-wise the creek is perfect to hunt, but it's still overgrown like I've never seen it, and it won't be good hunting again until we have a heavy flash flood flush out, which probably won't happen until March or April. smirk

How was you're visit with your sister? I'll bet you're tired........well, probably not for SuperWoman. hearts

Connie that's pretty chilly for you guys isn't it? shiver

We were 36 degrees when I got up. winter

I've gotta make a trip to Walmart, and then go to the park with the dogs, and then come back and do cleaning and laundry. yes

Have a great day everyone. thumbsup

Joe, it's 30 here this morning but yesterday at this time was 22 so I'll take it. lol Yesterday was a great day! We hiked over 5 miles of Dunes and forest. Winds were crazy strong off the lake and we were bundled for the cold. laugh Unfortunately, my ankle and feet gave out 45 miles in my shoes so I had to walk a mile in just socks. That's the third major hike in a row I've had to do that. Snow is going to pose a problem.

We are still overgrown too but we just now got some hard freezes. It should quickly start to allow me access to different areas. The ticks have been out like crazy the last two weeks so I hope they have gone into hiding now.

Have a happy day!

It must be the Holiday Season. I saw my first LIVE cut Christmas tree going down the street on the roof of a car. Sure signal that the Christmas rush is beginning. Wow. It's not quite Thanksgiving and already a town near me has had it's Christmas Parade and did the traditional lighting of the tree in the town square. Going to be a long month plus, until the New Year. Maybe I should start celebrating now for New Year so I won't be left behind in the rush? rotfl

Magnificent Monday ya'll puppy

It's been a wild and crazy day here. The repair guy came to fix the dishwasher, which utterly refused to leak while he was here.

Had the boys cleaning their bedroom, but they decided fighting and trolling was more fun than cleaning. I tried to be nice several times but finally had to lower the doom hammer with the promise to go in and bag up everything I could find, toss it all in the garbage and not replace any of it ever again including Christmas and Birthdays. That got their attention. The room is not "clean" but it does once again have a floor and I don't shudder when I walk past it so I'll take it. rotfl

Now running laundry that has been in the laundry room forever. I think it's breeding in there. Son keeps promises to do it but it's gotten on my last nerve...so I'm doing it and making the boys try on things as they come out of the dryer so we can get a handle on what clothes they actually can wear and donate the rest.

I actually did not have to run the AC in the bedroom last night for the first time since Feb.

Back to work wave
