Well, I'm now playing it, and so far...it's really difficult! There were so many enemies crawling through the broad-daylight first chapter that in end, out of frustration, I broke my cardinal rule and actually killed four guards. Somehow that still counted as low-chaos, though.
I like that you can choose between playing Emily or Corvo, and although I'm not that far into the game I hear that the skill sets are very different, which is cool.
Other than that...Yay! It's more Dishonored, which is a very good thing.
EDIT: Yep. Really good game. I think it's harder than the first one; my impression is that you can't get past the guards nearly as easily, and there seem to be more of them, too. But I'm enjoying it. As with the first one, the second play through will be better, collecting everything instead of missing stuff, and fewer detections and so on.
