Am I getting senile? Didn't we used to get 3 punch card points when purchasing a CE? I bought two CE's in today's sale and only got a total of 4 punches. No free game. 😟

I wrote to Customer Support last week and believe it or not, I heard back from them within 90 minutes. I don't expect that to happen again, but it blew my mind!
I've already received a preliminary reply. They were pretty prompt in responding the last time I had a problem as well. Turns out I mistakenly ordered the standard version of one of the games I wanted. Hoping they can help fix this. Guess I am getting senile.
Ah, I see. That explains it. They should be able to get that sorted, I feel sure. You are not the first person to have done that and I guarantee you won't be the last.
I did a really boneheaded thing a few days ago - CS gave me a coupon code for a free CE and I mistakenly used it on an SE. First time I ever did that.
Wow! Already have a satisfactory solution from BFG. Here's part of the most recent e-mail I received:
