I thought this was interesting. The game is called Everything. It could technically qualify for an Oscar. Here is the article on CBC news . I found a review for the game at PC Gamer .

I recall when this was released and didn't know where to put it. It is not an adventure game, it isn't an action game, it isn't really much of a game at all. It's just a simulator that allows you to explore things. Nothing really "to do" except wander.

One of the reviews I read said there were at least 2 puzzles the player found. One challenge had to do with finding your way back to the beginning, and the second sounded like a dream sequence. But these are not adventure players, so not really sure what they qualify as a 'puzzle'.
