Everytime I go to the webpage it has logged me out even though I clicked on the keep me logged in box.
Worse, everytime I doesn't recognize my password so I have to get a temp password email to me, log in and change it. Yesterday it did it too me twice. And then wouldn't accept the second emailed temp password because too many error in log in attempts. It eventually let me in, but sure enough today I had to go through the same thing.

What web browser are you using?
Some websites aren't accepting IE anymore and break compatibility with it.
Did you try with a different web browser?

Edit -- Big Fish did let me log in today, but it's very slow to load things like Purchase History (slower than usual) so maybe they are having network issues.

I haven't had any trouble with staying logged in to Big Fish.

Fox. IE is only useful for downloading Fox.

I'm using Google Chrome and even with the stay logged in box checked, everytime it logs me out. So I log in again every time.

I'm on Chrome and I do not get logged out.

i am using google chrome and i can stay logged in.

Went today and still logged in which is a nice surprise.

I hope it continues.

I wonder what my problem is? I did a cleaning with CCleaner and it started after that. My passwords were all gone and then it would routinely forget them.
