My friend is doing some research on free games that can be accessed via the internet. I directed her to our Free Games Galore section, but there are a lot of games to check through. Does anyone have any suggestions for a free game that would be appropriate for this age group?
Thanks,
Jo

Hi Jo,

she could try downloading the FairyTale demo, that would be fun for them smile

If you can find them, I highly reccomend Muppets Inside and The Manhole CD-ROM Masterpiece edition smile .

Oh yes! Manhole Masterpiece is great for young'uns! Hard to find though.

Really good adventure-ish (purchasable) titles for that age group include Cluefinders, Humongous Entertainment games (Freddy Fish, Putt-Putt, Spyfox etc), and Dr Brain games.

& David Macaulay's "The New Way Things Work" & "Pinball Science" are especially worthy of note. They are funny and you can't get very far without learning quite a bit laugh

There are many free (& educational) fun sites for kids online ~

But free adventure games for children are harder to find. I googled and found these possibilities

Hope something on here is helpful!
