The developer is Tuttifrutti Interactive. You can find another game of theirs on Big Fish here. I played some of the demo of Darkarta and enjoyed it. The graphics are quite striking. The game also has a journal (which I enjoy in these games) and the mini-game I played was interesting. I like the game so far and plan to play more of it.
