I need a RAID drivers for my MB Gigabyte EG45M-DS2H. After updated BIOS to version F5c activated RAID in BIOS causes a BSODs when system starts. Intel RAID drivers don't work with BIOS F5c. That BIOS speeds start system to 2 sec so i do not want to downgrade. Propably not working RAID is caused by XHD (eXtensible Hard Drive made in Gigabyte) but i can't deactivated this option in BIOS
OS Windows 8.1 x64
I have a RAID set

You don't say if you used "restore to factory defaults" before and/or after updating the BIOS.
That's one of the things I see recommended after Googling "BSODs after BIOS update"

When I go to
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EG45M-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl-bios
I see BIOS version F5c is a beta BIOS from September 2009
and the previous BIOS version F4 is from November 2008.

Gigabyte has a motherboard driver from 2010 at
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EG45M-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl-driver-sataraidahci
If this driver doesn't work for you (it's for Windows 7 x64), I'd go back to the most recent BIOS version that works for your RAID array without BSOD's even if it's older and slower at boot.
I don't think "way faster but causing BSODs" is an improvement.

You'd probably get a more informed answer in forums like
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/
or https://forums.anandtech.com/

Yes i'm used "restore to factory defaults" in program which update BIOS. The problem is that IDE mode is default setting in my BIOS so i manually enable RAID in BIOS

Yes you have to adjust the BIOS back to suit your setup after you flash the BIOS.
If you flashed while the BIOS was set to defaults, that wasn't the problem.

That was my mistake.
I was actually looking at the date on the chipset driver
and had the wrong link in my clipboard. The chipset driver is at
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EG45M-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl-driver-chipset
or
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_chipset_intel.exe
That's the driver that's from 2010.

The SATA/RAID/AHCI driver would be at
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EG45M-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl-driver-sataraidahci
or
http://download1.gigabyte.us/Files/Driver/motherboard_driver_intel_sataraid.exe
and the one for Windows 7 x64 seems to be from 2009.

Windows 8.1 may already have the appropriate SATA/RAID/AHCI driver (which could be why Gigabyte doesn't list anything beyond Windows 7 in their description).

I don't know if any of these drivers will fix your problem with BSODs.

I'm afraid I can't help other than suggesting an earlier BIOS that isn't a beta.
