Yes i'm used "restore to factory defaults" in program which update BIOS. The problem is that IDE mode is default setting in my BIOS so i manually enable RAID in BIOS
Yes you have to adjust the BIOS back to suit your setup after you flash the BIOS.
If you flashed while the BIOS was set to defaults, that wasn't the problem.
I don't see SATA driver from 2010
That was my mistake.
I was actually looking at the date on the chipset driver
and had the wrong link in my clipboard. The chipset driver is at
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EG45M-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl-driver-chipsetor
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_chipset_intel.exeThat's the driver that's from 2010.
The SATA/RAID/AHCI driver would be at
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EG45M-DS2H-rev-10#support-dl-driver-sataraidahcior
http://download1.gigabyte.us/Files/Driver/motherboard_driver_intel_sataraid.exeand the one for Windows 7 x64 seems to be from 2009.
Windows 8.1 may already have the appropriate SATA/RAID/AHCI driver (which could be why Gigabyte doesn't list anything beyond Windows 7 in their description).
I don't know if any of these drivers will fix your problem with BSODs.
