To waste one second of one's life is a betrayal of one's self. I wonder what's on television...?

I'll take all of those! Apparently the woodpeckers drilled holes in the foam insulation around the shuttle, in some cases right down to the metal...

Got to be DeForest Kelley then - Dr McCoy (whose line that was, I think)

I think Fil is correct, Rog. I checked the screenshots for Judgement at Nuremburg at IMBD, and Maximilian Schell is wearing the same earphones and clothing in the screenshots there. Wm. Shatner is wearing an army officer's uniform.

A thousand apologies, Fil - you and LadyKestrel are absoluteley right Mea culpa - I googled "shatner nuremberg" using "images" and picked the wrong one. Should have followed the firsr law of internet use - "never take anything at face value" Still, look on the bright side: 1. Lex, Marian - I learnt that, like "Beam me up Scotty", the "It's life, Jim" phrase was never actually spoken in the series. It was only ever used in the lyrics of the "Star Trekkin" song 2. I think we've managed to avoid that picture Thanks, Lady K. (Walks away dejectedly, sobbing quietly - a broken man)

An excellent diversion Rog, despite not being intended!! I thought I recalled both those phrases (or something very similar) being used during the series rather than just in the song.

According to Wiki, the closest is Spock with "No life as we know it". Kirk used similar "beam me up" phrases to Scotty, but never that exact phrase
