To accompany Robert Holmes' new Kickstarter campaign for Son of Sequel (new music in the world of Gabriel Knight), Jane Jensen just announced she'll be writing a new GK story and giving it out to all backers.

They've also made their intentions clear that they'd like to do a fourth game in the series once Microsoft's acquisition of the IP goes through... here's hoping for that (with all I've got).

Microsoft is gaining full ownership from Activision Blizzard; they are acquiring many titles from many different companies. Among the Sierra titles are Gabriel Knight and King's Quest.

I just discovered that Adventure Game Hotspot teamed up with Jane Jensen and her husband Robert Holmes for a Gabriel Knight documentary, which you can watch on YouTube here.
