I have the first two games and would like to add to the series but would have to play on Win 7. Sort of glad to see the reviews about the glitches so I am not as tempted. I'm pretty sure I liked the series better than some of the others.

Not sure if this relates to Do Games or Big Fish, or both. I will wait until people are no longer having issues with the download. Instead I will pick up a different game or two during the sale.

I run windows 10 under bootcamp, only games by this developer do not run properly on my PC, there is audio but no video. This has been happening for some time, I have flagged it up to Big Fish and DO Games but they don't seem interested." I don't know what "bootcamp" is but the rest is the same.

Interesting to know, though, that you aren't the only one with the video problem. I am starting to wonder if maybe the problem with the download is just the fact that the game was not uploaded completely to begin with; either that, or files were corrupted during the upload. If that is the case, it will be a very simple thing to fix, but it will need to be fixed by Big Fish. Hopefully it gets fixed today, whatever it is.

It downloaded/installed/activated this time and playing it. I should have held off on asking for a refund. The same person who gave me the refund told me the game was working when I used the previous email and told me if I still had the game in my game manager said I could download/install/play it now. I have more than one account also (for the same reason) and that also happened to me once, ending up with two of the same game. Now that the too-many-games in the Purchase History issues have been fixed, having only one account is probably no longer a potential problem. But it's good to have the safeguard in place nevertheless.

All of my games from my borked account can now be downloaded as normal. I was really surprised, as this issue affected customers with large Purchase Histories dating back as far as 2012. It's the one really good thing that has resulted from the platform change. As far as the future goes, who knows? Just outlining what the status is right now.
