Hello, I havn't been on here in quite some time as I havn't been playing adventure games in a while, but I recently started looking for something to play. I discovered a free windows game From GameTop called Noir Chronicles - City of Crime. It looks good so far, there are trypical game puzzles, hidden objects, inventory, and spoken dialog. You play a detective. The first part which I finished is getting into a locked house. There you find Barbara's corpse a murder victim. Not sure if anybody's already mentioned this game but do far so good, and there is a hint system if you get stuck.

I moved your post over to the Casual Games forum as this would be considered a casual game. If you like this one, you will find many more that are similar to this on Big Fish Games. I should know, as I have dozens of them. I actually have Noir Chronicles but haven't played it yet. Thank you for the recommendation.
