Riven is launching simultaneously on flatscreen and VR platforms later this year.

Riven is a meticulous, from-the-ground-up remake of the historic puzzle adventure game Riven: The Sequel to Myst (1997) developed for a new generation of players on Unreal Engine 5.

But that doesn't matter. I'm sure they'll make a great job, and hope that it will be as true to the original as possible.
