Ahhhh, the "X" key!? Yes, that must be what I accidently hit, and in the manual it says it is used to "search" and I did not know what it/they meant by that. Thanks for this, now I know what happened...and can use it again if I need to. mmmmm, gives me a 'hint' when I use it, mmmmm, OK. Luv's ya

Elven King,

Those are glitches not dead ends. Those are due to technical issues. I did not experience those as well as some other gamers.

Winfrey, I inquired from the developer about that. They did say that they have corrected the clues already.

Betty Lou, Yes - that X is helpful.

Well...Just for the record...I got my game from someone in the UK.

I am now way pass the witch..Have not found any problems at all.
I am taking my time & exploring everything..I am listening to what I have to do next...Not jumping ahead...I have not made him run..Cause sometimes that can cause a glitch where you might get stuck in a mountain & unable to move. grin

Winfrey,

I heard from the developers:

About the patch:

Quote:
The fix patch should be released soon.

About using other controllers in Dead Reefs:

Quote:
The current game doesn’t support game controller but there is one solution that some people may find useful.

There is software call Pinnacle Game Profile http://www.pinnaclegameprofiler.com/ that allows you to connect just about any type of controller to any type of game. I would recommend use it for Dead Reefs also.

I think I found an error in wording-- On the boat- he kept saying
Click to reveal..
I need to make the table STRONGER

I kept looking for a way to do this-- then I read Mags walkthru-- He should have been saying
Click to reveal..
Heavier
:/

Winfrey,

That was my interpretation - that is why it is in apostrophe. laugh
It is a misuse of a word.

All along I thought this was a first person game so I haven't been paying much attention to it, but just now I learn it is a third person game and I'm willing to take a chance on it. So over to Amazon I will go ...

To love is to be happy with!
