Could you please help me. I can't play my game. I have it downloaded but when I click on the icon to play it goes to the buy now site. I won this game and thank everyone but I would like to get it so I can play it. I have the code number but it says I need a registration name. I just don't know what to do.

Carla, I had to click on the "Buy Now" button and enter in all my info to unlock the game. They do not ask for any credit card info. I put the unlock code into the coupon code area and it all worked. Hope you are figuring it out.

I have tried twice more but it still won't do anything. Goes right back to the info page. What am I doing wrong?

I can't activate my game for the same reason and I'll wait for a resolution. I did try putting the unlock code into the coupon code space and it didn't work.

EDIT: They must have done something at the Brunhilda end because this time when I entered the unlock key in the coupon code space, it worked! Hurray!
