I did a search on Walmart and it said "not available in stores" so I put in my zipcode and it still said that and the price is $29.96! Maybe I should just go to the store and see if it is there.

Well, I've got to wait a little bit now. I got tempted by Rift, a new online rpg, and bought it. So Gray Matter will have to wait for a couple of weeks.

Darn I want it now, but no money, lol

I checked my WalMart today and it's not there either. I don't know whether or not to order it on line or wait a while and see if it shows up in the stores, like Target or BestBuy.

I ran into my local Walmart today hoping that it would be there and it was for $19.99! It is odd that their website says that it isn't available in stores.

The Walmart that I checked did not have the game.

I received an email yesterday from Lace Mamba about downloading Gray Matter but you had to unzip it because it was a rar file. I'm not doing the download..

I'll check at our local Wal Mart we have 3 in the area and see if I can find the boxed version. I hope I can get lucky

I have a friend who just told me that she picked up a copy at Walmart this week so the boxed game is out there.

Marie, I got that same e-mail from Lace. That came two days after I checked my account there that confirmed pay pal paid them in August for my hard copy. Yet there was no information as to if or when it was shipped. It was also two days after I sent them an e-mail inquiring when I would see the game was shipped. Still no answer. But yet they tell me I can buy another copy as a download. I suggest they get a clue. It is not likely I will buy a second copy from them when they cannot be bothered to inform you of the status of an order paid for months ago. It is hardly likely that this gamer will entertain anything that says Lace Mamba on it.

Has anyone who pre ordered this game from Lace heard anything? Or are well all hanging in the wind waiting to hear "sorry but your order does not count"?

Hi Oldmariner! Your story sounds like my story. I preordered and paid (paypal) for the hard copy on August 10, 2010. Checked on-line order status daily for the past week - no mention game has been shipped. Yet, as you, I received an e-mail to download game. I have also e-mailed customer service - no response. As I've written before, they have poor customer service. You'd think we'd be first on the list to receive the game before it hit the retail world. I think we've been "burned". No game, out the money and very angry and dissappointed!!!

I preordered Gray Matter from Dave at Interact.

Which his date is for tomorrow Feb.28th.

So I should be receiving it in the mail sometime this week .

This game is so addictive, I'm doing my best not to rush through it. I've already made it to the beginning of chapter five.

Yes Michele, this certainly would not have happened with Dave at Interact. Live and learn. Lace has Black Mirror 3 for pre order, nope ain't going to happen. Still no word from those guys.

I also preordered in August and paid with Paypal. I ordered another game with it that was in stock. So faR no games and no email notice.

Yes I did BrownEyedTigre. I responded to Carla because without her the second response would not have happened. I sent customer service an inquiry from a link on Lace's website several days ago. No response yet. Following Carla's post I responded to the addy she noted. I realize there is a big difference in time zones. I don't know what time Lace closes shop for the day. When I get a response I will let you know. It is 7:24 pm in England and 11:24 AM here. That is a full 8 hrs difference. When I hear from Claas I will post it.

Hi Claas. I too pre-ordered the game in August. I understand that the game is now available for download. I haven't heard from Mamba yet that my download is ready for me to access. As a matter of fact, I really don't know if I bought the download version or the boxed version. I DID e-mail Jason, but I have not gotten a reply from him as yet. I WILL send an e-mail to your support address, and I'll let you know via this forum the results. I am SO anxious to play Gray Matter. The demo was really great.
