I've also read that there's very little character interaction in this game, which is a disappointment for me. I like a lot of character interaction.
Too bad, as I thought that since they'd hired professional writers, it would be the best game in the series. Oh, well, I still want the game, just with lowered expectations. If I've already begun a series, I hate to leave it unfinished, with the possible exception of KQ8.
The games were never on the level of something like, say for instance, the Gabriel Knight series, so I wasn't expecting a masterpiece. They were always just a lot of quirky fun, and hopefully SF3 will offer some of that as well.
I'll just know not to expect another Lost Horizon.
