Can't stay here long as I need to get ready to go out with a neighbor. We are getting things for Ginny's homecoming. Barbara has made fall colored leaves and everyone in the neighborhood (19 houses) have written notes. We will put them on a cut out tree, I think that's what it is, and place it in the house. Then will put up welcome home signs and balloons. Whoever wants to will bring over snacks or food to put in her freezer. It is going to be quite a day and I am looking forward to it.

Gotta go put some makeup on so I don't scare anyone.

Sent an email to my Aunt in Conn. She says she's OK so far with Sandy approaching, but is ready to evacuate if she has to. Her youngest son lives on the coast and is going to evacuate now. Very scary!

Happy Monday all -it's a beauty day here- the sun is bright and hot but the air is chilly, a real kittycat day. The last 2 days have been cark and cooold.

Progressing through Doom 1. At times it reminds me of Rhem games only alot easier, that's for sure. Doom 1 is a fun game -the only thing is it rates your play at each chapter end. Kinda embarrising so I replay that chapter. My directional sence is so bad........

Did you hear Morris the Cat is running for pres? On AOL news last week. Yup, he's formed the First Feline Party. That cat, he looks just like the original Morris. When the 1st Morris died it was announced over the PA system at a Penn Fruit grocery store where I was shopping and people just stopped still and you could hear a low moan.

Sorry all, I meant to stop in but it's been a very hectic day. I should be dancing now, but I am home instead still in the corner.

It started with Peter's car not shifting after getting it halfway out of the driveway. He took my truck to work and I had to call a towtruck for his. I'm getting cranky and claustrophobic.
