Thanks for the save, I have noticed that I don't have the 4 different design view showing on the left side of my screen when I assemble the design, is this a possible glitch and that why when I complete the same it does not work?

If so, is part of the right side missing too? I haven't heard of anyone having this problem before. You could try adjusting your screen resolution.

My screen only shows the table in the middle of the screen with the 4 boxes on the right and the clear design and print design boxes, excuse my ignorance but I don't know how to put a screen shot into the thread, I have used your save(many thanks) but I am trying to sort out what I need to do again (very confusing)

That's strange. Are you playing Senior level? But if you copy the solution from the walkthrough then you won't need the four boxes on the left to appear anyway -- as long as you can amend the central grid.

Using another player's save in a non-linear game is always boggling. Good luck!
