Hi fellow Boomers,
I purchase games from quite a few gamesites. One of them is justadventure.com. Lately, after I have logged into the site, I have been trying to access the games that I have already purchased from JA, and as far as I can see, there is NO option for me to access "my" games library. I have contacted ja support about this issue, but they have NOT responded to my e-mail as yet. They don't even ackknowledge ( by e-mail reply) that they have received my e-mail. I DID send another e-mail to them repeating my issue, but still I have not received a reply as yet.
Have any of you experienced this same issue with JA?
This is not the first time I have tried to contact JA support, and not having received a reply. Very frustrating.
