Grrrrrr! I just got a letter from a Tool warehouse here that MY credit information 'might' be at risk due to a breach by a hacker way back in MAY! Why didn't they tell us sooner? Duh.

Anyway, I looked up the receipts from the dates stated and found the one I had written a 'note' on. The note was after the clerk asked for my card BACK after scanning it and starting the check out process because he said: "I need to input the security numbers". Uhhuh. THAT sounded very strange, but hey, it's their store, their policy, etc. So I just made the note.

Well THAT receipt is the only one from the hacked time period and it might just help the company figure out WHO hacked the system. Yup. Gonna call them on Monday and let them know about that transaction AND that it was a MALE clerk but the receipt says, Melissa!

Hope it helps them. So far I don't see anything wrong on my credit card but I'm going back over all bills to see if anything doesn't fit, then calling the card company to request a new card number just in case.

Stupid stuff to keep me busy. taz

Sorta, I hate when that happens. Happens to us all the time.

Waiting on son to get home with the hot dogs for beans and hot dogs. I thought he was just heading up to the store and back, but apparently not. wave

Good evening boomies! We had a fantastic day today. We ran a fabulous race today. No one had any injuries and we had a blast. After the race we went to the lake there, ate a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant/hookah bar and then spent over an hour in a cheese store sampling a gazillion cheeses. lol

All in all, not a bad moment in the day! Life is good. hearts

Is everyone happy here?
