Mystery Places/Curse Of Midnight Manor. Has anyone played this game, it seemed to be working fine for about the first ten minutes into the game, then it crashed. Now it won't even let me start up the game, it just crashes right away. I installed it on my husbands computer, same thing happened again!!! Any ideas????

other download version?

What version of Windows are you using?

The only patch I can find for Curse of Midnight Manor is a "subtitle patch" and is unlikely to fix your problem.

I don't know why this game wouldn't work on XP unless you have a bad disc -- or if your antivirus is blocking it for some reason.

You can try emailing the person who developed the game using the contact information here:

http://delawarestjohn.com/contact.html

They may know more about what the problem could be.
