Congrat's SharonB, kinda fun huh!
Edit
One thing I did want to mention. Be very careful when you pull the foam out of your computer. If Ecollege does yours like they did mine they will put foam in to secure your video card. I thought I was careful but I pulled out the connection to my USB ports on the front of the case.(I did not know I did that) Fortunately for me I emailed Mike and told him they did not work and he is the one that said I might have disconnected the cable. And he sent a picture of the inside of my computer circling the area where the connection should be.. Thank heavens cause I would not have found it easily otherwise. So make sure you try all the USB ports and stuff. Mike at ECollege is Great!

Ah, so THAT'S why your front panel ports wouldn't work! Hopefully, you only had to reconnect the USB connectors - they aren't too bad. The rest of the front panel connectors are Lilliputian!!
That is SO exciting, Sharon! Can't wait until you get it and get it all set up... You can still get Microsoft Security Essentials as an anti-virus for Windows 7 if you don't have another one you prefer such as Avast, Avira or AVG. If you have a paid subscription to anti-virus, you should be able to transfer it.
Once again, weeds are my life!

Thanks Marian. Drac, I've been using the free version of Avast on this computer so I think I'll stick with that. I'm so excited! I'm going to be decide myself when it's delivered! Edit: Meant to say "beside" myself.

Yes, Mike at ECollege is great. I had an email prior to my delivery and he told me there was foam packed around the video card to protect it. Which I am glad they did. I just was not careful enough... to excited...lol Drac... had to look up "Lilliputian"

Thanks! My only real worry is getting the internet hooked up. So many wires. A new OS to get used to. I'm not as brave as Winfrey. I figure I'll go straight from 7 to the next generation OS. Then I have to transfer my data that I need to the new computer. I'll need a new email program as I'm using Outlook now and I understand that won't work with 7. Will it be a problem to use Norton backup on my XP system to back it up to my Win 7 system? If it comes to it I can just start from scratch. Should I do a restore point before going online to update Windows and other drivers? Sharon
