Hi. It looks like I broke the compass and can't seem to get my direction correct. If I line up N with the stationary direction as it is now, N is fwd but the compass face says I'm going W. Any help available, I'm sort of tired of going back to the dock.

Hi Terri, Be sure that it's the red part of the needle that's pointing at the direction you want to go. From your starting point, you need to go west. So check your compass and make sure the red needle is pointing at W, then follow these directions: Go - W W W N N E E N N N. (The third gorgon will be on your back right). From facing north as above - follow the direction stated by the peacock column arrows or the direction of the gorgon heads on columns seen at each stop point. Go - W N E N W W.

I appreciate the help but this is not working for me. I have to go fwd, twice because there is scaffolding to my left, which should be W, correct? So, I am to change the direction of the red arrow manually?

Terri, The compass has NESW; seen on cardinal points. So read those points and move the red part of the needle to point to that stated direction. You change the direction by click-hold-move to that direction.

I know I sound like a real dummy but I have done that, did not help. I also found a YouTube video and I have no idea what direction that guy went, he certainly made it look easy but I apparently am a real dummy because I cannot emulate the moves. I just keep ending up back at the wall where I began or the dock. Warning, do not go anywhere with me and allow me be the "navigator". I'm sure I'll get there sooner or later. Thanks, Terri

I decided to follow the "gorgon heads" and not to use the needle and finally made it to my destination. Thank you for your help. Terri

I am finished with Dracula 5. I did enjoy it and again loved the graphics. I am now debating about replaying Dracula 1,2&3. Wonder if they will work on Win 8.1.
