Zork vocabulary. Could someone direct me to a vocabulary of words available in Zork 1. For instance, how do I load a saved game?

In the version of Zork 1 I have, you cam simply type save then the game will promt you to give it a name. You can then chance directory for saved files it you like.
To load, type restore and remember where and what you called and placed your save.
