MaG's walkthrough says this:
Go to #1 in the picture. Face the arrow to the left. Move (click-hold-move) the altitude lever on the right to lowest position. Use claw to get chest with Tiki body.
So, once you're at the #1 spot as it shows on the pic in the WT, turn the arrow as MaG instructs -- it just alters the direction in which you're looking. Then lower the altitude lever. You should see a treasure chest in front of you. If you don't see a chest -- you're in the wrong spot. Don't use the claw unless you can see it!
