Yup, Sorta, that's how we always made chili and I always put in some hot peppers but my pequien died, after 20+ years so nada peppers. It turned out pretty good but I miss the Italian bread. There's something about the sweet peppers that give it flavor.

Can't get the last Wolfenstein battle -think think there must be a strategy. Well, maybe tomorrow.

So it finally happened. Penelope the Peacock got her 'keep away from me' slap from old Spot kitty. She antagonized Spot one too many times by pecking 'near' her as she cowered under the feeding table. Spot had a good place, guarded by many legs and bars on the chairs and table, but Penelope kept sticking her head nearer and nearer.

So I was watching, and Penelope got just one inch too close and Spot whacked her with her paw and a claw got stuck in Penelope's neck for a second or two. Cat's claws have barbs on them and they can hook and hold. So Penelope thrashed a bit and got free and backed up and 'casually' walked off the deck pretending nothing happened, but not going back to the table. Now I will see if her behavior changes and she leaves Spot alone. This should be fun. Neither one is hurt. I'm sure Spot only got feathers with her claw. I picked her up and she purred in celebration.

Sorta I wish I could see what you see. You could write a novel. L4L I'm glad you made it in time before the storms hit.

I'm just relaxing before I have to go to bed. I have another early shift in the morning. Joe You made me laugh out loud again. Good evening boomies! We have crazy storms and I'm shutting down. The original line of severe storms only brought us lots of rain and lightning but the unexpected second round is crazy!
