Could someone give me an Invisiclues style hint sheet for the Glowgrass game by Nate Cull? I do NOT want a walkthru - I just want something along the lines of a series of rhetorical questions that get my brain going.

It's a little hard to tell exactly what you're looking for, ?, not knowing where you are in the game. Have you found the pool yet? If not, I'd go looking around for it.......

It's an older text adventure, Mac--and you can download it. Check it out here ....

Yes, Jenny, I found the pool, frisbee, skycar, skeleton *shudder* and a bunch of disks.

Offtopic, I know, but I see you and I have the same first name. Schweet.

Ah, foo - I guess no one wants to give me an invisiclues hint sheet for Glowgrass. Such is life, I suppose. rolleyes

Back to fiddling with the disks, water tank, cable and plastic cube, I guess.

(No, I will NOT quit or look at a walkthru - I'm just one stubborn chick when it comes to IF. Besides, I'd get that wonderful tingly feeling that can only come from completing an IF story file without any outside assistance.)

I think the problem is that no-one here seems to have played Glowgrass, ?. But I'll do the best I can to give you a couple more hints. I'm not sure what you mean by "disks", but have you examined the grate in the pool? And did you notice that metallic object on the wall back near the start? Maybe you could do something about that now......

Yup, figured that out. Since I loved playing with frisbees when I was a little girl, I picked it up and threw it around, taking it from room to room until the thing dislodged the magnoprobe from the wall and it landed at my feet. (Yay for me!) I used the magnoprobe to unlock the door, got into the house (I assume that's what it was, as it reminds me of my own pad, 'scept for that skeleton in the bedroom) and found the newspaper, a new coil of some sort, and the cable. I also found a disk in the device that the poor girl was holding, a disk in the plastic cube, and a disk in the skycar. There's also a tank of sterile water in the bathroom and a newspaper in the kitchen.

As for no one playing Glowgrass, I suppose that's so. Sigh...you don't know what you're missing.
