I received a game from my daughter which she purchased as a download from Amazon. I have a "library" with them and have downloaded their downloader, but can't figure out how to get the game into my library (Or anywhere else) so that I can download it. I also can't make their 'help' department (Which has been very nice) understand what I need to know. I have the Order number and the "Product Code", but can't find anywhere to use it? Does my question make any sense and does anyone have a thought?

You can try to log in at Amazon, look at the game writeup, use the gift code for the game and it should then show up in your library.

Maybe someone that has done this lately can help us.

WHoever ordered the game should've received an email with a link and instructions. Maybe she needs to forward it to to you.
